Oh, and we decided per Karen’s suggestion, to name our song documents as follows:

Kokomo 4 Key of F DB
(Name of song) (version, in this case 4) (key of **) (WHO brought the song in and will edit as needed)

That way we don’t have 5 or 10 versions and trying to decipher between ‘final’ ‘latest’ ‘use this one’ ETC.!!!
